Question by Rachel: When is the best time of day to drink a cup of tea? This is decaffinated organic tea.? I find when I drink it at night (around 8pm) that it really helps digestion after dinner, but that my dreams all evening long are really weird and warped. Is there truth to drinking "high tea" in the afternoon? Is it better for you then? Best answer:

I didn't know there was a special time to drink tea. I drink it often, at various times of the day, with no problems at all.

no particular time. Early morning feels best for me. Its like starting your day with something fresh and pure inside.

Well... decaffeinated tea can be consumed anytime. It's personal preference. High tea is essentially a sophisticated term for snack time. Also, the caffeine will give you a slight boost between lunch and dinner. Since you are drinking decafeinated, you won't get the caffeine boost, but still makes for a nice break.
