Question by e j: what is the most effective way to get rid of gophers? Does juicy fruit gum work? How about watering the ground with "Hot pepper tea"? Cats roam our backyard frequently. I don't want to gas my backyard, nor do I want to spend money on traps. (we had an exterminator do his thing, but many gophers still returned after a few months.) I don't think attaching a tube to my car's exhaust pipe is a safe idea either. Now, after saying that, are there any new ideas or input? Best answer:
