Question by deirdrefaith: Has anyone ever used a "green tea" patch for weight loss support? I already know all about exercising, drinking water, eating healthy,ect. I am about to quit smoking and desire to keep my trim figure. Yes, I know that the #1 reason for quitting smoking is for my health [as well as the environment ect] I would like to know if anyone has ever tried one of those green tea patches, and have experienced good results, or what were the results if any please? Thank you. P.S. I lost 25 pds. last yr. and even tho quitting smoking does cause some weight gain inevitably for a lot of people, thought perhaps drinking green tea and wearing that patch would help in maintaining my present figure :o) Best answer:
