A small loaf pan of 6.3x2.4x3.1 inches (16x6x8 cm) (or 9 cupcakes / 6 muffins) Prep time: 30 min Cooking time: About 40 min Ingredients 3 eggs, medium-sized, separated ½ cup and 1 teaspoon of caster sugar (61 g) 2/5 cup all-purpose flour (50 g) 2 tablespoons acacia honey ½ tablespoons green tea powder 2 tablespoons hot water Method First, line the pan with parchment paper. You will get finer texture through this process. Then, in another bowl, set aside 1/3 of the batter. Add 1 tablespoon of hot water in the green tea and mix well. If you want strong green ....
