Most dyes can be purchased in-game. Dye vendors can be found in the capital cities. Other dyes, such as black, white, and red, are exclusively available during special events or through special promotions. Specifically, you can obtain 10 black or 10 white dyes by purchasing a specific subscription of Aion: The Digital Magazine: https://www.aionmagazine.com/.
