Question by Shelby Jane: How do you make a green tea smoothie from the human bean? I want to learn how to make this so I don't have to spend $ 4.00 on one, I know they use green tea powder and some sort of ice cream milk mixture or something I'm not sure what it's called. I'm NOT talking about the green tea frappuccinos from Starbucks because theirs are gross, this one i'm talking about is more creamy and not as icey. Best answer:

You won't be able to buy green tea powder or any ice cream milk mixtures for under $ 4.00. Those items you listed are over $ 5.00 unless you know how to make the homemade version or buy from bulk which will be difficult to find. I think the item you are looking for is the "Creamy Sugar Free Diabetic Matcha Green Tea Latte & Smoothie Mix" under the "Island Teas" brand name. They aren't icy like what you said, however it costs $ 24.99 for ordering online. If you find the mix at a store that's less than four bucks, then that will be a thumbs up for you. If you want a substitute for the green tea powder that's also creamy, use Carnation evaporated milk, sugar, and maybe a little bit of Coffee-Mate coffee creamer.
